    Pay £495 and it’s on your own web address, with your photos and your words in. Then £35 a month keeps it running.

Your example

Do I pay anything to see my example?
No. The example is free, and there’s nothing to sign up for. It’s a link you open on your phone.
Why is the example free?
Because it’s the quickest way to show you what we do. Building it is our risk, not yours: if you don’t want it, we take it down and you owe nothing.
How did you find my business?
From public sources such as the Companies House register, your own website and business listings. Our privacy notice explains what we keep and how to tell us to stop.
What if I say no?
Nothing happens. We take the example down, and if you ask us not to contact you again, we won’t.

Price and paying

What does it cost over a year?
£495 to go live, then £35 a month, which is £420 a year. That covers hosting, the padlock, renewing your web address and small changes. There’s no VAT to add.
When do I pay?
Only once you’ve seen your example and want it live. You pay the £495 by card, then £35 each month.
What costs extra?
More than five pages, an online shop, online booking, a 3D centrepiece (£395, once), or changes that take longer than 30 minutes in a month. We tell you the price first, and nothing is done without your yes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The £35 plan runs month to month, with no contract.

Owning your site

Who owns the website?
You do. Your web address is registered in your name. If you ever stop the monthly plan, the address and the site files are yours to take anywhere.
What if Belsito stops trading?
Your web address is in your name, so it stays yours. We’d send you the site files, and any web host can run them.
Where is my site hosted?
On Cloudflare, one of the world’s biggest web networks, which keeps it fast and secure.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We build the new one at a private link first, so you can compare them side by side. If you switch, we point your existing web address at the new site.

Changes and the work itself

How do I ask for a change?
Email or ring with what you’d like changed. Small changes are done within two working days.
Can I edit the site myself?
Not directly. Your site is built for speed, so there’s no admin panel to learn or keep updated. Send us the change instead: up to 30 minutes a month is included.
What counts as a small change?
Things like new opening hours, a price update, a new photo or a new service. Bigger jobs, like extra pages, are priced first, so there are no surprises.
What about my own photos?
Your example uses placeholder photos, each marked “Example”. Send us a few pictures of your work (photos from your phone are fine) and we swap them in.
Will it work on phones?
It’s designed on a phone first, then made to fit a bigger screen. We test every site’s speed with Google’s own tools before it goes live.
